ADMINITRATIVE GUIDELINES FOR THE CONDUCT OF ORAL INTERVIEW FOR PROMOTION OF MARSHALS

 The above subject matter refers.

2. Management has graciously approved the conduct of Oral Interview for Marshal and Road Marshals Assistants who passed the recently concluded promotion examination held at Keffi. In addition, oral interview and physical fitness test will be conducted for Road Marshals Assistant III who were hitherto exempted from promotion examination in accordance with the Promotion Guidelines.

3. Pursuant to this, Management Promotion Board (MPB) has selected four (4) locations for the interview; namely, Enugu, Kaduna, Osogbo and Bauchi. The schedule is as follows:

 

4. The PF test will preceed oral interview and shall consist of 1km running in four (4) minutes and 20 press-ups in one (1) minute.

5. A member of the MPB from RSHQ shall be assigned to supervise activities at each interview centre to ensure the maintenance of established standard.

6. Marshals shall bear the cost of their transportation, accommodation and feeding.

7. The list of Marshals who qualified for the interview is hereby attached.

8. The assessment score sheet for promotion is also attached.

9. Participants are to come along with evidences for their employment, promotion and confirmation of appointment.

10. Management staff and Commanding Officers are requesting to notify affected Marshals under their purview, as well as release them for the purpose of the promotion interview.
