FRSC HOUSING COOPERATIVE PROJECT, LOKOGOMA: NOTICE OF NEW PRICE ADJUSTMENT

The above subject matter refers:

2. Sequel to our earlier publication on the ongoing Housing Project at the Lokogoma District of FCT, Abuja and subsequent issuance of the expression of interest forms, we want to notify our teaming members and our numerous subscribers of our new price adjustments.

3. The price review became necessary owing to our obligation to comply with the FCDA regulations which stipulates that infrastructures like Drainage, Sewage, Electrification, etc must be under-ground contrary to what we had in the bill. This however and the road infrastructure swells up the construction cost of the project which has inadvertently affected the prices of the houses across board.

4. Further to this, the finishing of the houses have been altered from the earlier concept of Mass Housing to a much more luxury apartments to give the beneficiaries qualitative and comfortable shelter with modern and state of the art facilities and fittings.

5. In view of the above, we want to intimate our members and numerous subscribers who have earlier expressed their interest in our property of the new prices and consequently advice them to beef up their mandatory deposit in line with the new price adjustments within one month of this publication. (See attached the new price review for your necessary action)
