PUBLIC NOTICE

  • Compel all fresh applicants for driving licence to undergo prescribed driver’s training programme in an approved driving school before driving test and issuance of driver’s licence. - Reg. 22(2) NRTR 2004

2. The Federal Road Safety Commission wishes to invoke the above law and regulations and therefore inform and direct all existing driving schools in the Country to register with the Commission. Those wishing to establish driving schools are to forthwith liaise with the FRSC for registration and certification before they can operate.

3. Registration forms are available for collection at no cost in all FRSC formations nationwide. Duly completed forms should be returned to the nearest FRSC office within 2 (two) weeks from the date of this publication.
